In my opinion, this objective is so interrelated to Objective 3 and 4 that it is not required and should be deleted.

They argue that this one is about preventing "further degradation". Like Deleatidium, I'm not convinced by anything that is currently written in
Objective 5 to merit a separate objective. It is so vaguely written as to make it difficult to see what it will accomplish. Alternatively, the intent of
future protection could be explicitly acknowledged in Objectives 3 and 4.
